I would guess that that isn't TP in a red jersey. Could be Booom Herron who was #2 last year. They will probably have to ge that fixed if both are going to see the field this year.

Boom is #1, and a half foot shorter than that player (TP). Not even a close resemblance.

Herbie was on 1460 and discussed the jersey scrimmage. He was very impressed with Pryor. He said he must have had a 60+ completion % and was making all the throws. He didn't get rattled in the pocket.

He also can't believe how quickly he can get 15 yds with his feet...compared him to Vick in that regard.

He thinks he should get 15 to 20 snaps a game.

He was very optimistic on TP and the entire team for that matter. Singled out TP/Boom/TB/Bauserman/Posey/Dane and Lamar Thomas.

Unfortunately Herbstreit's M.O. is to blow sunshine up OSU's a$$ on local media and dog them in the national media: Way to have integrity Herbie . . .

The 6-6, 235-pound quarterback from Jeannette, Pa., should back up senior Todd Boeckman, and the Buckeyes likely will use Pryor the same way Florida used Tim Tebow during its national title run in 2006 and LSU used Ryan Perrilloux during its title run last season. Will Pryor be the player who finally gets Ohio State over the hump should the Buckeyes make a third consecutive BCS title game? Only time will tell.

He ought to be good, and he HAS to be good. IMHO Boeckman is an ugly interception away from being pulled, and then it will be TP and Bauserman. I am a diehard fan but I don't think the coaching staff has felt 100% confident in Boeckman since the MSU game, and after all, Boeckman has lost two of his last three starts, and in the one win he mostly handed it to Beanie.
