Florida and 'Bama offers raise his total to 32... Planning to visit for the Gator Spring game... Describes himself as a fan of Miami-FL and Reggie Bush... He prefers a spread offense and wants to play in one that throws the ball a lot... He's talked it over with his family and distance will not be a factor...

Well, that would dis-qualify the Gators, wouldn't it? And us, too.

Not worried about Florida here. I'm sure Braxton is probably enamored with the offer, like he should be, but that should pass. Besides, Florida has offered quite a few '11 quarterbacks, and if they get the guy they want (Lemay), they will be a non-factor for Braxton unless Father Irving Meyers can convince him that the other guy will be playing fullback or place-kicking or something like that.

I am growing a lil concerned about Braxton. Like most said he is just enjoying all the fame he is getting but I wish he would throw us a bone in an article. Or maybe I haven't read enough articles. :tongue2:

The interview was done by a Florida site. I would have been very surprised to have seen an OSU mention whatsoever lol

If it was me, I'd say that my favorites were: Univ of Hawaii (to see the beaches); Univ of New Orleans (to sample the food and Mardi Gras); Colorado State (to go skiing); USC (beaches and babes); and Miami (same as USC), and then sign with Ohio State. Nothing wrong with a little misdirection, as long as he's a 'silent' to Tress & Co.......:tongue2:

:gobucks3::gobucks4::banger: But then, I've always been a glass half empty guy.

Braxton is a big football fan, which will explain the excitement over the Florida and Bama type offers. When he says "they treat me like family", he would know, he has been here early and often hanging with the staff and players. Let the process run it's course but I will eat crow if he ends up anywhere but OSU.

5. Miller receiving plenty of attention: Huber Heights Wayne junior Braxton Miller continues to add high-profile offers. Florida is the latest school to offer the standout. He received an offer from Alabama before Christmas break and was offered by Notre Dame recently. Miller, who has already committed to playing in the Under Armour All-America Game in 2011, is expected to wait a while before narrowing the list of college choices. "I know he wants to visit about five or six schools to make sure he makes the right choice," Wayne coach Jay Minton recently said.
