QB/WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion, OSU HOF)

As a coveted football recruit, Wayne junior Braxton Miller thought specialization was the way to go. A football injury kept him out of basketball last season, and he didn?t plan on playing this year.

?I went to the first game last week and I was in the stands watching. I was like, man, I need to be out there. I just made a decision that night that I?m playing,? said Miller, who along with fellow football player Tre Moore joined late and saw their first game action Tuesday, Dec. 15.

?It takes up some time, but I still get (football) workouts in. That?s why I was thinking about not playing so I can work out for football. It still fits with my schedule to get enough rest and sleep.?

Wayne star OK with not playing more sports

The lone quarterback selected early on is Braxton Miller of Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne. The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder has been one of Ohio's top prospects ever since his freshman season. He already has a slew of scholarship offers from programs like Ohio State, Alabama, Cincinnati, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin and others.

"His arm strength and agility help him stand out," Rivals.com analyst Greg Ladky said. "Miller can really sling it down the field. He makes good decisions about when to run and abandon trying to make a pass. When he does run, he is electric."

That's funny the UA game had him listed as a participant yesterday.

I saw that too. They had about five Ohio players listed as already committed to playing, and Miller was definitely on the list. I was shocked to see the Army All America Game claiming him too, wonder which one is true?

If he commits next year would Ohio State put him as QB and Terrelle Pryor as a WR in some situations?

 Maybe if you reverse that and say use him as a wr and terrelle possibly pass to him, but you will never see terrelle as a wr ever again at tOSU (or at least I don't want to).

Edit: Or I guess I could see a wr reverse with braxton coming around, and then him eventually passing it back to terrelle as a gimmick play...
