There are unverified rumors going around he did, any word?

One more thing: I have ZERO second source confirmation but a buddy close to the program just texted me and said that Braxton Miller committed. No second source. I sent an e-mail to BK for him to check it out...figured something that big, he'd want it.

I think Ohio State is going to be in a battle for Braxton's services...which is why I'm happy Cordale Jones has popped up.

I would be stoked if we could bring in both Braxton and the Glenville guy. At this point, I'm a little bit more impressed with the Glenville guy, but Braxton is such a stellar athlete, he could see the field early at receiver if they needed him there.
I just ran the numbers....bigdog3300;1618683; said:Just like it's hard for us to get a kid from Bama or FL to choose us over those in-state schools, it's even harder for those schools to come up here and get these caliber of guys.
Have you seen the fence around here? It's so high, Wilson can't even see over it.
LordJeffBuck;1619009; said:I just ran the numbers....
From 2002 to 2009, Ohio State offered 120 in-state prospects and signed 96, for a success rate of 80.0%.
When looking at just top-5 in-state prospects, Ohio State offered 35 and signed 25, for a success rate of 71.4%.
Those numbers could fall after the 2010 class is signed, as Ohio State has already "lost" Ware, Heard, Hendrix, and Welch, and may lose Hicks and James.
It's a nice fence, but certainly not impregnable.
