If that bothers you, then check out Cooky's last "glamour shot":
How is that? Not one word with an apostrophe....

This play was just ridiculous.

Yes, he has had a decent amount of practice, but until last week he was not running with the ones consistently and timing on pass routes and such take repetitions to get down. I am not discouraged at all by his grasp of the playbook since he is only a true freshman. It was his first game as a starter, and first week in practice being "the man". No freshman QB is going to have a good grasp on the playbook at this point in their career, I don't care who they are.

-You can see the passing ability is there, much farther ahead than Pryor it seems.
-I was shocked at his elusiveness. Shocked.
-When he truly becomes a throw first QB he'll be lethal
-Hopefully he becomes one soon because his complete lack of fear is going to get him killed if he doesn't.
-If it's 100% confirmed he was nicked up these first few games thats one thing but if he was healthy its just a damn dirty shame he wasn't used. Every snap in a live game is invaluable to this kids growth.
They didn't "run him 17 times." Most of his carries were on pass plays where he was just looking for running lanes first. I only remember a few designed QB draws and a couple options. He's just looking to run if his first option isn't open... nothing to do with the staff not taking care of him.Buckrock;2000400; said:If he was banged up the last thing we need to be doing is running him 17 times a game. 8-12 is more like it. Herron and Hall in the backfield should help us cut down on Braxton's running. Braxton had an injury history in HS. We need to take care of the young man.

Draw some Rex Grossman blood, and whatever qualities it has, have your scientists inject the opposite of it into Brax.RugbyBuck;2000496; said:Pryor also developed the sense for heat coming from the backside and got away from it. We need Braxton to get some of that.
