I blame myself for starting him over Fitzpatrick

Troy Smith to start again; Singletary's bad coaching continues
19
-A relatively defiant Mike Singletary began with a lengthy opening statement saying that he was thankful to be the 49ers head coach, and then he said that everything that happened in the team's 21-0 loss to Tampa Bay was his fault. He was asked if he was doing a good job, and he said, "Am I doing good job at 3-7? No. I wouldn't dare say that. But it's not over yet."
-Singletary said Troy Smith would get the start against Arizona next Monday night in Arizona.
-Even with his defiant statements, Singletary doesn't appear willing to make lineup changes. He was asked about replacing right guard Chilo Rachal with Adam Snyder and he said no, despite Rachal's break downs.
-Singletary admitted that his team didn't react well with the changes the Bucs made.
-The 49ers have given up eleven sacks in last two games.
Yup. It was very bad, turned the channel. They are both transplants and douchebags.osucollegebuck;1818245; said:Common Man and Torgeson were gleeful in Troy Smith's bad game I heard today. These guys realize they are doing a show in Columbus, Ohio right?
I wouldn't mind if that's all they were, transplants, I can't listen to the two of them because they are idiots. Torg does know some about hockey, but beyond that when it comes to sports, both are fools. Really it's not just about sports, just listen to the two of them talk, I can't believe that they are on the radio.Bleed S & G;1818410; said:Yup. It was very bad, turned the channel. Last chance for Troy Smith
Mike Singletary was decisive in tapping Troy Smith to play Monday against the Cardinals. But he hinted this week that the game would be a make-or-break opportunity for the former Heisman Trophy winner.
"Last week Troy was coming off two wins and you want to ride that," Singletary said on Wednesday. "This is the game where we have to take a step back and look at how he responds during this game and how he does. We'll see how it goes."
He also said he would not hesitate to go back to Alex Smith, who is fully recovered from his shoulder injury, if Troy Smith falters. "If Troy is the guy that is helping us win, then he's going to play," Singletary said. "If he is not, then somebody else is going to play."
