Many believe that Hendrix is off to ND...But I believe this offer has more to do with how well he performed at camp...

I agree with you and I hope my post doent imply that I think the only reason Graham was offered was hendrixs impending decision.

Offered per Scout....

If true I'm good with this. We need a QB in this class. He has some nice offers. Hendrix is taking a second visit to ND which is not a good sign (I'm in sales). By all accounts he did very well at the Buckeye football camp. This staff has traditionally awarded a scholarship or two for good camp performers. If they want him they need to offer because he seems high on MSU. Best of luck.

Grew up a huge OSU fan, born at the OSU hospital, seems like this is by far our best chance at a QB. I'd be shocked if he didn't end up here.

Does this signal the staff has been told Hendrix is headed to ND, like some have been saying? Taylor has been under the radar lately but so was Hendrix not too long ago. He has some offers from some schools/coaches that sure know how to develop QB's too.

The Duke (Cutcliffe, Rope) and UCLA (Neuheisel, Chow) offers are VERY impressive to me when it comes to a QB...

Not to mentioned Arkansas (Petrino)...Okay, okay. Maybe not on the same level, but he's known as a Quarterback guru.

I haven't seen film, but I put more substance into what Tressel, Cutcliffe, Neuheisel, and Petrino think anyways. :wink2:

I am curious as to why you would say this. Do you see more upside in Graham or is it because of some other things:huh:

I can't speak for Wadc, but he looks to be just as talented (and maybe a little bit better athlete) and is a "legacy". Legacies are always cool.

Great, our class is starting to get some shape. BTW, did anyone notice the question to Graham about Ohio State offering other quarterbacks? I wonder if recruits of schools like Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois etc. get that question. "You are the 250th offer and 110th offer as a slot receiver, is that a problem for you?"

WNHS is a fine school as well. It's right across the street from my kiddo's Montessori school. A young man who is friends of our family from church plays LAX and football at WNHS. Will be sure to take in a few of their games this fall.

As has already been stated, Neuheisel, Chow, Cuttliffe, Petrino and even Hawkins, are great evaluators of QB's. If these guys are making Taylor offers, you can bet that he is an elite H.S. QB. Obviously, Coach T agrees with their assessment.

Gotta like his tOSU connection and love for the Buckeyes, as well.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him pull the trigger in a relatively short period of time....

Hopefully this will finally end all the "why didn't we offer Bolden or Gardner" crap. It's 100% clear the type of QB the staff wanted in this class now. Great offer, I've been lurking on some Big Ten boards a couple of weeks ago and the Big Ten teams that had offered were all reall really wanting this kid. Sorry to swoop in fellas...
