QB Tathan Martell (transfer to Miami, transfer to UNLV)

I'm going to go out on a limb and expect a Kyler Murray "type" year for Tate
Thinking the same exact thing. I was reading on 11W how so many posters expect Baldwin to win the job and for Tate to transfer, it baffled me. Watching OU this past year could be a similar way to utilize Tate next year. Especially with another strong core of WRs returning, I could easily see Tate putting up big numbers with the likes of Mack, Olave, Victor, Harris, Babb, McCall, Gill, Smith, Ruckert, etc, that's just an insane amount of riches(on paper). If we can find the right combo of OL to protect(my guess: Munford, Jordan, Myers, Davis, NPF), than sky's the limit

How about we wait until:

A) Day shows a severe bias against or struggles to use dual threat QBs.
B) Baldwin is healthy
C) Baldwin shows he can pass as well as Tate, who is a talented thrower
D) He actually challenges the more balanced athlete Tate for the job (if he won that battle, Tate would transfer leaving a depth chart of Matt & a true freshman who should be redshirting)

Until then, any coaching change spells trouble for Tate rhetoric is pretty foolish.
