Agreed. Collier is an urban hand picked qb, our chances decrease but maybe immaterially. This is the type of game every kid dreams of, I'd think collier would believe its worth it

Actually I believe at that point we ride on the shoulders of Decker, Elflein (Fat Pat per Powell), Boren, Price, and Baldwin.

So where does Collier fit into next year's program? Urban sure didn't want to burn that red shirt, but you have to think Jones and Barett are going to be battling for playing time with one or the other staying for a third year and then there's Burrow and Gibson and I haven't even thought about Brax...

He'll be competing his butt off. In Spring, he and Cardale will be the only healthy QBs on the roster, so he'll get plenty of reps. He can make the best out of that opportunity

So in the Spring game,and more so in scrimmages prior to that, if there are only 2 QBs who can play, will Urb put the "do not touch" shirt on Collier? I would think he would want to have Collier learn to deal with pressure, but there are downsides to using walk on QBs.

I doubt he puts the black shirt on. We have good reason to believe we will have JT and cardale healthy for fall. Braxton is a ???? and we have two studs coming in. I think we should see how collier reacts to pressure.
