QB Kenny "the old righty" Guiton (WR Coach Wisconsin)

Which is true, but I wonder how many teams have a 3rd QB with game experience.
Which is why we'd better hope Miller is healthy enough to play if Guiton is the starter, at least that's what I get from the article's comment...they could've worded it better, because it initially sounded like they meant after Miller no one had game experience.

Next weeks decision:

Continue to bench your Heisman contending, extremely athletic and proven winning QB? Or start your backup QB that is on a roll with a hot hand but has no playing football future after this year?

This is a great dilemma to be in.

When it comes to making this offense work, Kenny's mental tools > Braxton's physical tools. As fun as it is to watch an elite athlete make people miss, it is not an important part of playing quarterback. Decisiveness, poise, leadership and toughness on the other hand, are vital. Kenny seems to be ahead in each category by a fair margin. It will be interesting to see how he is utilized once Braxton returns from injury.

Kenny runs the read option better than Braxton does but that's about as far as I'd go with it.

When you play a team with an actual defense that doesn't blow assignments consistently you need the play making ability of Miller. As a DC you can have a man in perfect position to account for Miller and still get beat. You account for Kenny consistently and he isn't going to beat you.

Just watching the first quarter replay on my DVR. WOW - it is really great to see the improvement in the deep ball. Devin Smith is the MAN. Kenny G just played the best game of his life and there is more to come. Can't imagine how we play this tandem of QBs going into Big Ten play. Rest one, play the other. What a great combination of weapons. The future is bright...
