The learning process for a new QB can be incredibly painful. I don't want to do it twice. I don't want to start over with Troy Smith because we don't have the imagination to realize that yes, it could be worse.
Are we all so new at watching CFB that we can't recall a rookie QB who was awful, but went on to lead his team to championships in later years?
