Fields looked better as a rookie than he does now. His head coach his rookie year, Matt Nagy, is a former QB. He's now Andy Reid's OC. He managed to get Mitch Trubisky to the playoffs. So, being the Bears, they fired him at the end of Fields' rookie season.

We drafted a QB in the first round, so how can we develop him? Let's fire the former QB head coach, hire a defensive coach instead, and change the offense going into year two. That's why you're the Bears, and the last QB you developed was Sid Luckman.

He needs to go somewhere and sit and reser preferably with an offensive Guru. Shanahan, McDaniel, Stietchen, McVey, Ried, hell maybe even Payton but that one he might not sit so not sure about it

He needs to be dealt to the KC Chiefs and reunited with the OC that drafted him, where he can sit behind Mahomes and learn, which was always Nagy’s original plan before the Red Rifle proved himself ineffective.

Also, I don’t think Andy Reid would fuck a young QB up with this kind of analysis paralysis. The Bears firing his offensive minded coaching staff after one year was bullshit.
