QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, Pittsburgh Steelers)

We always talk about coaches putting players in a position to succeed. Well, Justins success when it comes at all, is his outstanding athleticism and that's about it. Imagine him getting into a Belichick system or one with a QB guru that just works the system around their QB instead of just mashing players together and saying go for it. He needs to get out of there to save any chance at a successful NFLcareer.

One of the guys who knows film and football better than me, I'd love to understand how Fields has seemingly regressed so badly. I know the OL is bad, and the Offense is bad and its the Bears... but there is no signs of life from Fields... Is it he wasn't making these NFL window throws in college? is it his WRs & OL were THAT much better? The Offense that much better?

I think he's stopped trusting his eyes and thinking about everything.
