Meyer isn't sure whether backup quarterback Joe Burrow will be ready to play this week, but he would characterize Burrow as probable.

I don't expect him to see the field this Saturday; however, it is good news that he is recovering well.

This guy should be about ready to go if he was in pads throwing last week. I want to see him get some live game action. Preferably after JT throws for 300 and 3 TDs this week but at some point either way. He is best equipped to replace JT in the offense. Haskins has a strong arm but like Meyer said, he isnt ready to run the offense. Let Haskins play the Cardale role if absolutely necessary but let's get some options going please.

Honestly, I think this lash out today by Burrow is nothing more then frustration that he's been unseated IMO.

Haven't heard anything from him with this stuff for three years and now today when it comes out he's not 2nd string he makes the statement.

Leave no doubt if you don't want to be third string

In the last 5 minutes I've found 3 incidents over the last 3 months of him speaking out about this. I'm assuming RT = Endorsements

I'll never understand people's desire to opine so matter of fact-ly about things they've conducted zero research. Fuckin' internet, man....

all that needs to be said... forgot about that.

As I said fine give them free cheeseburgers.. but since Joe is at best a back up now (more then likely he's 3rd string now) then you now have to pay 1/2 your tuition this semester. Can't have all the good and none of the bad because that's not how life works.
