Both parties reportedly made assault allegations but neither had visible injuries and ultimately no charges were filed.

a he said-she said account of Barrett stating that his girlfriend "ran at him and pushed him" and that Barrett pushed her away in self-defense. The girlfriend told police that Barrett "choked her". According to police, a witness heard the couple arguing but did not see any kind of physical altercation.

If these quoted portions are true, nothing should bad should come out of this. Still, Meyer will have a coming-of-Jesus talk with JT...

If he choked her, he's gone. That being said, if he choked her, she should have some bruising/scratching on her throat. If it was she pushed/he pushed trying to get her to leave with no charges filed, I'm not too concerned.

And one other thing, if you didn't choke her JT and she tried to ruin your life, never speak to this woman again. NEVER. Clean fucking break because if she does this to you again, it's more your fault than hers.

Thats the problem we face...there seems to be no recourse lets say if this woman is lying. We keep seeing these cases where the women are just liars and the solution is <shrug>"oh well, no harm no foul".

If it's unprovoked, and given he's laid up in a boot with a broken ankle only nine days removed from surgery, I'd advise him to change the locks because she's cray cray.
