It made total sense to leave when he did (I think history has borne out that the more games you start in college the better) but see my post above... he’ll be practice squad for a few years then outta the league while trash like Darnold, Jones, every QB on the Broncos roster, fucking McCown, Hoyer fuckers will bounce around the league as backups....

Newsflash: sometimes a young QB with only one year as a college starter takes a year or two to get up to speed. So you replace him with a journeyman who is never going to take you to the promised land and he gets you into the 7-9 range. Guess what Barbie and Fields are long gone by then. Or you could stick with Haskins and see what pans out. He comes around, and you have your QB moving into the future or you write off the plague year and get a shot at Barbie or Fields. Instead, the Washingtons are going for the no man's land of stupid.
