Just sayin': Even the QB2 must have some sweet NIL deals (and probably one is with JBL). Anyway I've sure that "sharing the wealth" really helps in being accepted as QB1 and the team leader...:gagnam:

He said "with help" from JBL. That tells me he got them at a discounted price. That discount might be what JBL would sell them to retailers for a bulk purchase like that or even less if there is a NIL deal involved. The markup retailers add is anywhere between 50-60%. If he was able to get them at 50% retail it would only be around $5,500. Per on3, Devin's NIL deal is $121,000.

Bummed for Devin. Bummed the OL was so poor that he got blown up and knocked out of the game. He wanted to play so bad but you could tell he was too banged up to go. Would have been irresponsible to risk him getting severely injured by putting him back out there. He showed some flashes in his limited time and I think we pull out the W if he remained healthy in that game. Honestly not sure what his future holds at OSU but I respect how he handled the season / QB1 competition and was ready to roll yesterday.
