Eichenberg and Pope flashed in coverage; sometimes Stroud completed it anyway

Two areas he needs to get better at are RPO and accuracy on the move. Both of those attributes are going to play a big role so I hope time and experience enhances that for him.

He already has a better looking swing pass than Justin imo, so the outlet should always be there. RPO is more art than skill and JT was Rembrant so maybe I'm a little spoiled.

The fun part for now is the total unknown to
the average fan.

He could be all world or a total bust. We dont even know his style of play yet, strengths or weaknesses. I have no idea what to expect.

Does he stay in the pocket and deliver a dime right before getting clocked by a rushing DE? Does he get happy feet and lose his cool? Does he have a knack for scrambling and throwing on the run? No clue.

But I’ll know pretty soon.

And that’s the fun part. I think of all the different types of QBs I’ve seen in college and the pros and how vastly different some are. And I wonder what we have in Stroud.

It’s like Christmas.
