How the fuck can you call that when it lands in a mass of players that aren't expecting the ball to come down in them! Even if we did touch it, how the hell do you avoid it?

There's no penalty yardage for illegal touching. It just goes back to where the ball was touched.

I would like to see a replay to see who touched it, though.

If the kicking team touches it before the receiving team. Happens all the time, they just don't make an announcement about it. It's not a penalty. Just dead ball at that point.

Then it wouldn't be an ILLEGAL touching...

These refs are fucking morons.

Nice ball spot... :slappy:

I've never seen a group of "professionals" so bad at their jobs.

I'd like to see DaddyBigBucks do another penalty assessment like he did a few years back. It's been amazing to me that Big Hank and John Simon have been held like twice all year. Also amazing was Indiana's OL. All underclassmen but one, and they didn't have to hold once? GTFO.

Oh well, after the D gets fixed and the O gets everything figured out, most likely next year...the refs won't be able to do a thing about tOSU winning.

stop with this complaint. some routes are designed to get the yards for a first down after the catch, and some plays have to be thrown quickly because the blitz was coming. there was nothing wrong with that play except the drop.

This.

They even converted a first down that way on the scoring drive. If you only run routes past the sticks, you make the receivers really easy to cover.
