Mine faces away from my students but maybe some people don't ahve the option to turn their computers, that's when I say turn off sigs and avatars if needed.

You may have a point, tibs.... But then, I'm guessing this only happens when their is suspicion that certain former users are making a comback... call me crazy.

95% of registered members do not have their real name in their account info.

I guess I'm not the only one who has lost a step.

I've personally received complaints from posters who have had their e-mail addresses, IP addresses and names, real or fake(No way to know which) and any way you want to slice it it's wrong. That stuff should be kept in the Mod/Admin forum.

Please Guy Incognito (if that is your real name)...only a complete mouth breathing jerk would ever use a new board member's actual name in post in an effort to assert their supposed "intelligence" and "internet message board superiority" (which we all know is an attempt to mask some sort of inferiority complex brought about by overwhelming stupidity or possession of both male and female genitalia).
