this is very similar to what happened with Jordan Jefferson.
except Jefferson's legal situation carried into the season.
once a judge declared it a misdemeanor with little legal penalty, the guy was allowed back on the team.
So just to be clear, do you personally agree with the decision? What if he were a player for Alabama? What if he was a player for a team you have no interest in? You really don't think what he did, regardless of the judge's decision, warrants something more than "internal discipline?" Who knows, maybe he will still get suspended for 4 games or something, but if he doesn't sit at all it's a complete joke.
