Another W for the Suns tonight over the Memphis Grizzlies. Can that Gasol guy call Chris Kaman and get some advice on cutting that hair? Nasty!

did u watch the game? i just followed the scores. it was closer than i would have liked. what happened when they gave up the 12 point lead real quick toward the end of the game?

I have 2 tvs in my family room and had the Cardinals vs. 49ers with the volume on so I wasn't listening to the Suns game, but just glancing at the game in between plays on the Cardinals game.

I think they lost the lead when Nash came out and Dragic came in. I'm going to read the articles today and I'll tell you if I find anything different.

I think Houston is going to be beastly by the end of the season. McGrady hasn't been in game shape or healthy enough to make much of a difference this year. Once he gets into shape and somewhat healthy, they have some serious ammo.

he's had arthroscopic knee surgery and shoulder surgery in the off-season. He sat out the entire pre-season (maybe played a few minutes) but is visibly out of shape. He was 1-11 the other night. I'm not sure he's gone ver 30 minutes any night this year either.

Artest seems to be playing pretty well, and Yao is very good. It may take some time for them to all get on the same page, but by the end of they year I think they will be a bitch on an out for any team in the postseason.

yeah, that's a quality group of players. getting them all healthy at the right time is another question though.

shaq is looking good on the defensive side so far tonight.

He is....if Phoenix can get away with resting Shaq every 4 or 5 games like he's a catcher I think it'll make a huge difference come playoff time. I'm impressed with his physique coming into this season though. He hasn't come into a season looking this trim in a very, very long time. It'd still be worthwhile to get him some rest every 4-5 games though. It just isn't natural to be that big, and he's got some serious mileage on those knees.

I like Porter as the coach of this team more than D'Antoni. Shaq and D'Antoni are about the worst combo ever in styles. In all honesty I think Kerr really hurt the Suns long-term and ruined your championship hopes last season, but I've always kind of liked the Suns and generally root for them. Any team that can take the Lakers out is also OK by me...

Yeah, and possibly one of the frontrunners for the 6th Man Award: Carl Landry.
