Phoenix Suns (Official Thread)

Suns win 5th straight. Shaq had 15pts and 16 boards. Amare added 24 and Nash 22. Looks like they are starting to come together. Rockets on Saturday, then Boston on Wednesday. This will be a tough stretch.

I am going to the Nets game next Saturday to see the big cactus up close and personal!

I am really starting to believe that it is going to be either the Suns or Spurs that make the finals...

With Shaq the Suns really have an inside and outside game, and the Spurs already had that...

I think with Bynum coming back late that the Lakers will be hard pressed to get him back to really make an impact in the playoffs...

Just got back from the game.... sucks. Played so close untill about a min into the 3rd...what did they score like 15 points in the 3rd? At least C's fans were real cool with me.... unlike Pats fans, which are trash.

the nets game on saturday was fun. shaq tore down the net, stopped VC from going after amare after a very hard foul by giving him a bear hug and whispering a joke in his ear (im assuming because VC gave a chuckle) and amare single handedly kicked their ass. did i mention that shaq is huge?

one comment about VC:
he could be a lebron for that team if he actually gave a shit. there was about 10 minutes where he actually tried and he was amazing. the rest of the game he was just loafing around and taking mid range jumpers or passing.

looking forward:
looks like the lakers schedule is a bit easier than ours from here on out, but not by much. if we split the next two with denver, we have minne dallas and memphis. with dallas struggling we could win all 3. then we get SA and Houston. a split of those two would be nice. then we end with GS and portland. worst case i think we go 5-4 best case 7-2. lakers have portland twice, washington and the clippers. they also play NO and SA. i see them going 6-3 worst. 8-1 best.

Easily one of the best games I've seen this year... I highly suggest everyone watches the Sports Center highlights. Were down 22 points in the 3rd... now they're up by 11, led by Nash, Stat and Shaq!!!!!!

They were on the same comeback path as the night before...down 10 in the 3rd the took the lead with 2 mins to go with a 10-0 run.... Denver then scored the final 7 points. I am not being bias here by saying the Suns have been getting robbed on calls and been getting bs fouls and technicals. We also shot under 60% from the charity stripe...that didn't help. Nash turned it up in the 4th...but missed a couple of clutch shots. Ended the game with Raja Bell getting tossed on tech's earlier and Boris Diaw "fouling out".
