Another great day of golf. I enjoy the Ryder Cup so much more than any other golf event. Although these spectators are obnoxious as fuck.

The Euros need to thank the heavens they have Jon Rahm -- without him, they would be getting toasted. Even with as well as he played, Spieth & Koepka still could have beaten them if Spieth had mad just 2 or 3 of the many putts he missed. I used to really dislike Sergio Garcia, but that's softened over the last couple years and he's been a blast to watch out there the last 2 days.

Surely they can manage at least 3.5 points tomorrow, right?

“It was very powerful. I didn’t know my number,” said Sergio Garcia, who is No. 120. “I’ve always known that being a part of the Ryder Cup team is very difficult, but I didn’t know that only that little amount of players have made it. So that showed you how difficult it really is.

“That’s why every time I’m a part of a team or the rest of our teammates, that’s why we give it the respect that it deserves, because it’s so difficult to be a part of it. It’s an honor, and we treat it like that.”

The video ends with the faces of nine former captains saying, “Make it count.”

I got a kick out of a Bryson moment yesterday.

Garcia teed off first with his driver on the short par 4 6th hole (339 yards yesterday) and came up short with the ball in a gulley. Bryson and his caddy talked about club selection, he switched out the driver and when his caddy handed him the 3-wood the crowd started mumbling. Bryson turned to them and said ‘Guys, I’m still going for the green, calm down!” Cracked me up.
