Don't project your obsession with these guys onto me. I am intelligent enough to know that if they stay or go, I will still have a team to root for next year.

Well, that's cute to know that you don't mind if some of the best players on your team leave. No one said anything about obsession. But I would think that most fans, normal fans, would like to see those players stay,

No, I don't mind if they leave. In fact, they all leave. Every single one of them. And ya know what? New guys come in and become great players. Good Lord, anyone who thinks MCsr owes us a damn thing is not a fan, he is an idiot...

Well considering how Mike has said plenty of times that he wants to return to school, most notebly after the title game, and considering how his father is turning agent and is shown on several articles saying things like "he has to reconsider his options, I don't think it's that much of a stretch to say that he may be influencing Mike's opinion to another direction.
It is a stretch to use Conley Sr.'s syntax as proof that his advice to his son amounts to coercion. Considering that he's Mike Jr.'s father, and an agent, for him to not give advice on this subject would be negligent.
But I would think that most fans, normal fans, would like to see those players stay,
Wanting to see them stay is one thing. Considering his dad a villain if they don't is quite another.

Anybody who criticizes Mike Conley Sr. needs to take a step back and consider, just for a second, that he's a parent first, agent second. It just so happens that what is good for both roles is to advise his son to jump on this opportunity.

Other than the fact that I never once saw MCSr. wearing OSU gear at games, I have nothing but respect for the man.

Remember when Oden said don't be surprised if he stayed all four years? That was months ago, but it's humerous now when we look back.

the only thing humerous was how gullible OSU fans believed him. I never believed he would stay 4 years. What else is he supposed to say? "My dream is to be like Melo"??

:( These change of events do not please me.

I really think that the players don't know what they are going to do at this point. Matta got up and talked at the end and aluded to the freshmen coming back and said that "if they do we'll have one hell of a team" or something like that. It sounded like Matta at least really didnt know what they were doing.
