I really don't care one way or another about Peyton Manning, and I am usually the last guy to question a victim, but, if I understand the facts correctly, this lady signed an affidavit in 1996, stating that he just mooned her. So she was either lying in 1996, or lying in 2002. She filed multiple complaints against The University of Tennessee, only one of which related to Manning. The court document that the writer relied on to dredge up this story was a persuasive piece of writing, but AFAIK, the court never actually did any fact finding in the case. Why did Shaun King decide to bring it up now? because of the way the media treated Cam Newton?

It's not that strange that she would lie while still close to UT. The further she got away from him and the University, the more she would feel comfortable telling the truth without fear of retribution

Both parties signed a non-disclosure agreement. That's in the record.
Peyton broke it with his book to bad mouth her (he could've just left it). So she sued him again.
Discovery tracked down further witnesses.
He settles before the court finds against him.


I'm very curious what was in the redacted pages that caused the initial shitstorm of him hating her.

Cant we all agree the media is completely disgusting? I dont watch very much so I am sure I havent seen all everyone else has seen but lets list some stuff..
1)Peyton: Until recently I had no idea this shit ever happened and believed he was a good guy. FU Tennessee and media.
2)Cam: Ive thought Cam was a POS since college but the media largely glossed over his real crimes while he walked away with a Heisman, now he is doing stupid shit that doesnt hurt anyone and its a huge FING story? With massive racist undertones so you ALMOST feel bad for him even though I want to hate him for REAL shit he did.. FU Auburn and media.
3)Winston: RAPED SOMEONE! has a mini crime spree in college.. mostly ignored or brushed off. FU FSU and media.
4)Manziel: Spoiled affluenza fucktard. Everyone who wasnt biased and paying attention knew he was worthless before he left college. Took him actually beating up his GF... TWICE for the media to pay attention. FU A&M and media.
5)Rousey: built up to be a female michael Jordan and the GOAT, lost one fight, torn down to suicidal levels with vitriol unparalleled by anyone on this this list. Now they are doing shows talking about sad that is and acting like it wasnt them that put her on that roller coaster. FU media.

Did I mention anyone else recently?
