I really don't care one way or another about Peyton Manning, and I am usually the last guy to question a victim, but, if I understand the facts correctly, this lady signed an affidavit in 1996, stating that he just mooned her. So she was either lying in 1996, or lying in 2002. She filed multiple complaints against The University of Tennessee, only one of which related to Manning. The court document that the writer relied on to dredge up this story was a persuasive piece of writing, but AFAIK, the court never actually did any fact finding in the case. Why did Shaun King decide to bring it up now? because of the way the media treated Cam Newton?

It's not that strange that she would lie while still close to UT. The further she got away from him and the University, the more she would feel comfortable telling the truth without fear of retributionI really don't care one way or another about Peyton Manning, and I am usually the last guy to question a victim, but, if I understand the facts correctly, this lady signed an affidavit in 1996, stating that he just mooned her.
