Damn, you drive on the turnpike in FL and get passed going anything under 85.

Yeah, if you're on I-4 and are a tourist/don't want to do over 60, stay in the left lane and let the locals get where we need to go!

Seriously though, tourist traffic is infuriating, especially around exits/on-ramps. Watching some car swerve into and out of the exit ramp median 3 times and then stop in the middle while they figure out where to go...can't tell you how many times my girlfriend and I have almost gotten side swiped/wrecked because of that shit.

It's funny I've lived here my whole life and I'm just used to it, nothing can surprise me.

I-4 and LBV blows dick though between the outlets and Disney.

I always enjoy the trucks that pull into the passing lane to pass another truck as you are coming down the highway getting ready to pass them. Then they drive 66 as the truck they are passing is driving 65 taking a good 10 minutes at least to pass them and get over. I swear to god that they do it on purposes just to fuck with people.

Then there are the folks that want to be your friend. These folks come in many forms. There are the ones that drive up beside you and hang in the passing lane right beside you. They finally pass you and then pull in front of you and immediately slow down. Then there are those that you go to pass and they speed up just to keep you from passing them.

Which is why I generally avoid I-4 unless I'm going farther than Universal. Just moved here permanently 2 months ago, but was down here for a year prior so was already used to the the crazy tourist drivers.

Best part about having an out-of-state plate though, is that when I need to, I can pull the "tourist" card.

Trucks have governors and depending on their weight are faster or slower than others. It sucks but they aren't going to sit behind a truck they are slower than, even it is just one mph or two.

That's all well and good, but they don't have to pull out in front of people when there is no one else coming down the road behind them. This is especially true when they have been following the other truck for some time, which you can see as you are coming up on them.

That I can agree with.

Still loving the "special" people. If you are seated in a row behind me on the airplane then common courtesy dictates that I exit the airplane ahead of you. Exceptions are if you declare that you need to rush to get a connector, or if I give you the go ahead because I am gathering my bags. But since we were halfway back and neither of the exceptions occurred then please understand that you are not more important than me and your time is not more valuable than mine....you are not "special" except maybe in your own little world....
