I'm putting this here because I found the thread on Penn State's board. But they have a link to some nerd's choices for top 25 head football coaches in football. Some are butt-hurt that Cignetti and Alabama's coach are ahead of Franklin. Others think #9 is about right for them.

First, what the fuck have YOU done to deserve more?
Second, what the fuck have you done to DESERVE more?
These stupid lists aren't handed out to the fans of teams that made it to a certain round of the playoffs. It's just a stupid list that some nerd thought up, and boof-nugget nerd-fans like this poster are either going to pump themselves up, if it shows their team in a positive light, or they're going to shit all over it if it shows something they don't like.
And posters like this are why I clicked on that thread.
Also, in my IMO, putting Franklin in the top 20 seems crazy to me. But I can't think of anyone else who should be above him who isn't already.

With no other context I read that as sarcasm. As in, we were this close to playing for a natty and a lot of you (PSU fans) think we need to fire Franklin.

I read it similar to Ohio State fans wanting to fire Day. I may be missing a lot of that thread because I ain't reading their craziness on a Monday.

I wouldn’t say they’re TRYING to destroy the whiteout, but they’re not doing us any favors. We unfortunately used up our scheduling goodwill by whining about playing freaking Purdue on the road after 3 weeks of cupcakes at home. The AD should have stopped bitching about opening on the road and asked for a marquee home game that can be played at night when it matters.

No but they set the games and have one crappy home game in Oct, which is almost always the WO.

There hasn’t been a high quality WO in several years……maybe the Auborn game. If it were one of two favorite sons doing white outs they would be given the most accommodating schedule possible.

Hell They are reserved the final weekend for the annual Game of the Century every single year no matter what happens to the league, NCAA, tv contracts, or extinction of man kind.

Because the cult still believes the college football world revolves around creepy valley.

They can't conceive of a reality where Ped State isn't the center of sports....period.

They live in a delusional state where they're competing for a Nati every year and every college football fan across the nation wakes up wondering what's happening at Beaver Stadium today?

Their cult status derives not just from their worship of JoePerv, but from their delusional view that they are the epitome of college sports and the envy of every other college program.

Creepy Valley can't be nuked quickly enough for me...
