Penn State Message Boards. You will never find a more wretched hive of whiners and crybabies. We must troll.BuckeyeInWA;2244490; said:Disappointingly predictable. It's all the refs fault. The big ten hates us. We need to leave for the acc. Ect ect. Making a thread there complaining about Penn State playing dirty would be entertaining.

IgnoreOfficiating conspiracyReply I'm curious about the conspiracy by B1G officials that so many posters on this board believe is conducted against Penn State Football. What are the mechanics of it?
In the 20 years we've been in the Conference, there must be upwards of 200 people who have officiated B1G football games. To carry out the purported conspiracy, most had to be in on it. Yet, in those 20 years, there's been an impregnable wall of silence from those individuals about any instructions from someone in the B1G office to make calls against Penn State that sway the outcome against us. How could that be?
Who sends the message out to the officials? Delaney? Bill Carollo? Dave Parry before him? Some Deep Throat-type character? And how and when is the message conveyed? Pre-season orientation? By phone call? Text message? Carrier pigeon?
There must, by now, be millions of dollars leaving the B1G budget to take care of all the people who are maintain this silence. Since some of these people lack personal character as evidenced by their willingness to throw a game, some must surely be extorting the B1G to ensure their continuing silence. If I were one of these guys, I'd threaten to make a ton of money by writing a tell-all book, or at least by talking to a prominent sports reporter.
If I were an official, and I considered myself a professional, an instruction to make a call a certain way would be pretty incendiary. So, either the B1G is recruiting officials from the prison system, or their offering impressive incentives to make these calls and keep quiet about it. Amazing, simply amazing, that none of this has ever leaked out. Damn, that Delaney is good!!!
Someone, please explain, how does this conspiracy actually work?

Many attendees donned Joe Paterno attire, and one man carried a cutout of the late former football coach, but Mullaly said after the rally that they are focused on the future and Paterno is not the focus of the group.
