Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

So the grand conspiracy between the ncaa, the b10 office and the psu board were so quick acting they were able to dispatch operatives to make the peaceful protest into a riot the night all this wemt down???? That's one organized and efficient group.

You fool! Don't you know we have sleeper cells in State College waiting to be activated at a moment's notice.

It's because Hoke/Michigan AD/U. of Michigan is desperate that I have a bad feeling about this game...
I think there will be myriad officiating shenanigans that will ultimately cause a close PSU loss.

In fact, I predict that: (1) a PSU player will be suspiciously and controversially ejected for targeting, (2) PSU will incur 12 penalties, at least of three of which will push them out of the red zone, two times resulting in zero points, and, to the contrary, (3) Michigan will only incur four penalties, all of which will be piddling false starts.

lloyd carr mysteriously getting another second added to the clock (with 30 seconds left) and a chad henne to mario manningham TD pass with :01 left in the 4th quarter. this is how we ended up in the orange bowl instead of the national championship.

It's a literal matter of faith among the cult that they would have jumped Texas or USC.:hoke:

I went to BWI looking for some Wimbush related meltdowns- which haven't washed over the site yet.

However, I did find these gems in the Wimbush visiting ND thread:

Southeastern PA Buck Hunter
There were wrongly accused by an overzealous prosecutor. Thrown under the bus by an evil BOT. Buried by a media with an agenda against Joe. Lied about by Freeh who lacked facts and due process. One huge conspiracy to rush to judgement and MOVE ON

The media wont say it but there were no "victims" other than the Paterno family.

I encourage you to read John Ziegler's findings. His research is a game changer.

We need to be very clear on an important detail. There is no such thing as the "legal minimum", and "legal maximum" leads to potential confusion. Laws are not constructed in the form of "When confronted with x, do one of the following (a) this little bit or (b) a plus a little more or (c) a and b plus a little more. Laws do not provide choices; they provide clear direction on what you are expected to do.

Joe did exactly what the law allowed him to do, no more and no less. Doing more would have meant that he did not follow the law. There was no room for him to do more because the law did not allow it. So it is correct to state that Joe met his legal obligations, and that is all that can be expected of him. Period.

Joe did not give Jerry an office on campus, his bosses did (ahem Dr. Erickson). Joe didn't have the power many thought he did, which I think is the crux behind their notion that he should've done more (as in vigilante style influence). He wasn't perfect, he made mistakes, but he also was not the ego-driven monster he's now portrayed to have been either. What I find most troubling in all of this is that nobody with a national voice has cared to go on record with the fact that the ncaa's new policy on reporting such abuse is literally a page taken out of Paterno's book. Yet we lose schollies/bowls/money/wins for following their new rule? In other words: do what that monster Paterno did and you'll be alright in our book.

Hey ducky...you have no idea what you are talking about so stfu....it is in evidence of the Freeh report that Joe was given a copy of Sandusky's retirement package that contained a list of "emeritus gifts" since he had that status. Joe nixed the idea of him having an office in the football building, having keys to the building and a big "NO" to having any kids on campus citing liability issues. The "Most Powerful Man on Campus" was overruled by Rodney Erickson, soon to be Pres of PSU....God, it is utterly amazing how effing stupid some people are...learn to research and read dipshit!

And yet, somehow, Sandusky was able to bring kids into the football facility and on road trips with the team for a decade.

I get the impression (like I have many times before) that they are just making things up so much that a lot of them honestly don't know what is real anymore.
