IgnoreQUESTIONS (regarding janitor; MM; gjp; and, that damn airplane)............Reply 1) So, we have an ADULT who is a war veteran and another ADULT that coaches football and BOTH witness one Jerry Sandusky having sex with a child in a shower. Yet, BOTH don't do anything.

Now, I will spare you all the long heroic diatribe I could spew what would happen if Michael Felli caught Jerry Sandusky having sex with a child in shower. But, in the same light, I'm going to give these two people a pass, if only for academic discussion.

O'k, so BOTH go home "afraid" to report. Again, just for academic purposes, that's give them a pass. The PROBLEM I have is that every single one of us have an "inner circle" - a circle of friends and/or family that we trust (i.e., people we can talk to about things).

So, how is it that these two people share what they witnessed and no one - and, I mean, NO ONE - convinces them they NEED to call the police?!? No one in their "inner circle" says, "WTF? You saw Jerry Sandusky RAPING a kid? OMG! You NEED to call the police! NOW!" And, we have it on record MM told - MINIMALLY - his father and Dr Dranov - and I do mean, MINIMALLY. I am quite convinced the list didn't stop there.

No one in their respective "inner-circle" not telling them to call the police after witnessing a RAPE of a child is even MORE AMAZING than them leaving the scene paralyzed with fear.

Let me put it to you another way. Everyone here knows I'm a nurse. So, say I witness an actual sexual assault on a fellow employee at work. But, I chicken-out and don't stop it. But, since I post here daily, I post about it here asking for opinions. What do you think most people here would say? I've been here long enough that for the exception of a few trolls, the regulars would be in consensus that I need to REPORT this immediately.

So, that is THE "red flag" that sticks in my claw regarding the janitor story and the MM story. That "supposedly" they witnessed a RAPE and everyone they told didn't tell them to report it.

2) Can someone please share with me (I'm asking seriously, btw) why this individual who flew the plane with the threat on the banner: TAKE DOWN THE STATUE OR WE WILL wasn't brought up on charges? Seriously! I would like to know if this is actually being investigated.

What the heck would happen if I rented a plane with a banner that read: TAKE DOWN STONEWALL JACKSONS STATUE OR I WILL and flew it over Richmond Virginia (or wherever they have the statue)? I'm certain authorities today (think Patriot Act, btw) would take that quite seriously.

Can someone please share?

3) This next question goes back to question #1: if these two rapes did NOT happen, then why were they written the way they were in the gjp? Was it a police officers "interpretation"?

When you think of this "sh!t-storm" that resulted after the gjp it was DIRECTLY related to these two rapes that seemingly NEVER happened!

God damn, I hope this clown gets on the BoT. Aside from the fact that he's come out and publicly stated what many of the cult members only insinuate--that the rapes never even happened--he's just a plain god damned fucking imbecile.

I think I misread this post. Did not McQuery: a) call his dad. b) tell Joe Pa what he saw?

And, yes, I can believe that a janitor working for PSU would be very afraid to tell anyone about what he saw.

Yeah - it sounds like St JoePa ran that town - maybe even the whole county - with an iron fist. I think that if you aren't on the level high enough to talk to St JoePa about this, you don't talk to anyone. And once you DO talk to St JoePa about it, you don't talk to anyone else.

I've said it before: these cultists would gladly find a loophole that frees Sandusky, if it means St JoePa will get his wins back. They'd probably send their own kids straight to Sandusky, if each kid magically got St JoePa closer to 409.

I love all the "B10 is terrified of Penn State at full strength." The Big Ten had Penn State at full strength for 20 years, and Penn State was barely an above average team.

And out of curiosity, has the NCAA ever revisited a school given LOIC and severe sanctions and modified or dropped the sanctions?
