Very true. Ever since his meeting with the BOT last week, the die hard cultists have been ready to tar and feather him. He really is doing a balancing act between trying to run a program and keep the mutants at bay. Just seems like for most of the last year he has managed to stay away from the whole mess, but now he seems to be diving right in.

My hunch would be that he's seeing the writing on the recruiting trail wall, and it's beginning to crystallize where that program might be in 2014-2015.
