I've been saying for months that she's as evil as the tickle monster. She had no problem with ole Jer banging adolescent boys in the basement as long as she got to maintain her lifestyle. Vile c*nt.buckeyboy;2232474; said:Somebody please explain to me why that wench is not in jail as well?
If any member of the team or staff is using the fact that they were captain of the Orange Bowl winning team, or were a leader on a 11-1 or 40-5 football team on their resume, than they can claim to have their reputation damaged by the NCAA. If someone is a greeter or a PR person and can show that his position is partially due to the fact that he was the captain of a Big 10 Champion than he can claim damages.
Of course the biggest claim, is going to be from the Paterno family who had their brand destroyed. Before the NCAA they could sell the image of Joe for millions, and now people aren't even allowed to mention Joe's name. When you damage a brand name by claiming falsehoods, that becomes huge. It will be very easy for the Paterno's to show that the actions by the NCAA has caused them to lose millions of dollars. The NCAA would have to show that it was done in good faith based on verified information. If it they can't, and it's going to be hard for them to do so, since Emmert has already claimed publicly that if they had notified anyone in 1998 it wouldn't have been the NCAA's business, then the NCAA will be open to huge damages by the Paterno's which is not just the actual damage but in this case will be multiplied as punitive.
Let's see.. NCAA, you can pay the Paterno's tens of millions or you can reinstate Joe's wins and say that you were mistaken. Which route do you think they'll take?

Yes, because when I hire someone, their college sports record better be in lockstep with NCAA vacated wins or I am not hiring them!!11!!1!
Also, the Paterno's have no standing as he could have saved his "legacy" and name over a decade ago and decided to look the other way.
JFC these people need to get out more.

keep up the crazy you subhuman scumsucking inbred sister[censored]ers. I hope they do sue the NCAA and as a result the NCAA countersues for lawyer fees and then disassociates their [censored]ing clown college.
