Well, I emailed [email protected] and Joel Meyers (since he seems to be at least reading emails) about this. I asked them to either release the original emails or at least check it for themselves. We'll see if that does anything...

Yeah, that was all over the scout board too. First time I ventured over to one of their boards in a while (I actually just wanted to know about the recruit they got). They are freaking insane. Some of the emails, if not all, were printed out and scanned (you can even see the edge of the paper on some of them). I am pretty sure when records are given they don't give access to the electronic file, they actually print them out (correct me if I am wrong). So in order to include them in a pdf file, it needs to be scanned, and that will lead to all types of random artifacts.

Freaking cults.

This was my thought as well... Surely when photo-copying a letter or email will give you a bit of pixelation, but don't tell that to those Kool-Aid sippin' freaks.

You'd also get that pixelation if you inserted screenshots of those emails. I think I saw someone on those boards trying to explain this to the idiots, but he / she was just ignored.

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - No vote will be taken during the Penn State Board of Trustees special meeting Sunday, according to board member Anthony Lubrano.

The Board of Trustees will meet via conference call Sunday to discuss ratifying the binding consent decree imposed by the NCAA and accepted by the University.

The meeting will take place at 5 p.m Sunday, August 12th. The public is encouraged to listen to the meeting at the link below.

This is what happens when you let people onto a board of trustees that care more about the university's football team than the university itself.

It seems like they have some very capable people (the hated "outsiders") that understand what needed to be done to mitigate the damage and attempt to move Penn State forward, but you also have this lunatic minority that will burn the entire university to the ground in order to protect the football team.

Makes me incredibly grateful for the people who have served on our board for the last quarter century, and the Governors of both parties who have selected them.

I like this. It will give the crazies just enough hope to convince themselves that the board won't ratify the consent decree. This in turn will make the reaction to the inevitable ratification that much more hilarious.

Also, I just read the tags for this thread and they may be the funniest part of the thread.
