I say about 17 or 20 percent of the total 85.

Don't forget the option to stay and not play. As I understand it a kid who just wants to hang out at the library could do so and still count towards their 85. Normally that isn't a threat with football players, but - they ARE Penn State.

I had to click through on that because it surely (so I thought) couldn't be the case that clean as the driven snow Barry would side with the devil.

McMoxie won't transfer because he used to be a walk-on at Penn State and there's very few FBS schools he wouldn't have to compete at (for starting QB).

Mauti won't transfer due to being a legacy.

Silas Redd, Rob Bolden and Paul Jones are probably all gone.
