Delany: We were waiting to see if there'd be a TV ban. We didn't feel the need to limit television in light of the other sanctions.

Translation: We weren't going to take inventory away from BTN unless the NCAA said we had to.

So no further penalties are being imposed by the Big Ten?

Penn State idiots seem to be incapable of forming any thought outside the following catchphrases these days:

1. There's been no due process!
2. This isn't a football problem.
3. What about all the local businesses that will be harmed?

You forgot one...Fire everyone on the BOT. :wink2:

Delany: I don't remember what we've done with respect to adjusting conference standings in seasons where a team had wins vacated. We will look at the procedure we had in the past and probably follow that.

Delaney has sounded like an idiot in this conference call. First, he can't get through one sentence without stopping and uttering "um" a couple times. Secondly, how can you not remember what you've done with respect to adjusting conference standings where a teams has had wins vacated when they just went through this with OSU?

Loss of Big Ten Bowl revenue. Roughly $13M per year. Unless I am mistaken, they still get their share of BTN revenue though.

I think that's the 4-year total, not an annual figure. After teams deduct their travel expenses, the bowl money split by each team isn't as much as one might think.

You don't want to watch the 2011 Ohio State-TTUN game again? It's on every three days or so on BTN.

BTN won't show any Paterno games for a while, which means no PSU past games.
