Secondly, how can you not remember what you've done with respect to adjusting conference standings where a teams has had wins vacated when they just went through this with OSU?

I think that's the 4-year total, not an annual figure. After teams deduct their travel expenses, the bowl money split by each team isn't as much as one might think.
