Emmert said something like "all postseason play", which to me already indicated the CCG would be off limits for PSU. Plus, the B1G has already said that anybody not eligible for a bowl game won't play in the B1G CCG, so such an announcement wouldn't even be considered news.

They don't get to "sign off" on this. That is the point. It is imposed on them. O'Brien as of two days ago was telling recruits/people it wasn't an NCAA issue and he didn't expect any NCAA sanctions. The BOT for Penn State didn't even know the punishment.


The NCAA didn't ask for their input. They just asked them to respond to 4 primary questions and based on those answers the NCAA pres decided punishment.


You shouldn't question the leadership of PSU right now, question the leadership for the past 20 years.

I can't go over to those boards anymore, from the asinine rantings that make me laugh to the point that my sides hurt to the people who have gotten the message and are being shouted down, I have better things to do at the moment.
