They got lucky this year with their away games.

2012 Penn State Nittany Lions Football Schedule
September 1 Ohio U Home - Noon
September 8 Virginia Away - Noon
September 15 Navy Home - 3:30 PM
September 22 Temple Home
September 29 Illinois Away
October 6 Northwestern - Homecoming Game Home - Noon
October 13 Open
October 20 Iowa Away - 8PM
October 27 Ohio State Home - 6PM
November 3 Purdue Away
November 10 Nebraska Away
November 17 Indiana Home
November 24 Wisconsin Home

UVa, Tha Kid's Illini, Iowa, Purdue, & Husker.

I only see Purdue possibly being really irate but I might be wrong as I know nothing about UVa or Illinois fanbases.

I have never been to a game at Iowa, but I did notice that quite a few Iowa fans were on BWI giving them shit. Seems they have a kind of heated rivalry as of late. Plus it is a night game.

Had a recent PSU grad interview for a job today.

He commented on how it's been a tough year to be a PSU fan. I said something along the lines of "yeah well that's a pretty horrific thing that happened." His next words were "I just hope nothing happens to the football team."

I kid you not.

Did he ask what the date rape scene was like in J-ville? Might as well let him max out on the negatives.

Re: We are tragically witnessing the re-writing of history....ReplyWithout wanting to sound awful, nobody except us cares a whit about the victims. There's no money raised, no meetings, no outreach. This is all about sensationalism. These idiots from other schools who parry on about the poor victims likely have done nothing to help them, nor done nothing to make sure that this never happens at their schools. This is all about bringing down an American institution in HD on the big screen.
I actually would have a bit more relief in all of this if I truly thought that this sordid affair could help lead to meaningful changes, but I don't think it will. This is nothing more than sharks swimming in a bloody ocean.

(I hope the folks at Betty Ford don't find the tablet I am hiding in my underwear.)

I am so glad I read the whole post. I too am a junkie for this shit.

One of my NCOs (Minnesota native) took PedSU side this morning. He said it isn't right to punish the players for something they didn't do or that they weren't even enrolled in school yet. I asked if it was fair to punish the Ohio State players with no bowl game, etc. He said it was different because they got tats which provide an advantage on the field.

I got trolled!

Some just don't, and will never, get it...

Not only are they innocent. They're now the victims. Call off the poll. This 'tard wins the prize. I really want to believe that this is a masterful troll playing the long game, but sadly he's probably legit.

Iowa handed them their first loss in both 2008 and 2009, the former botching their chance at an NC shot. That'll do it..

And a side note.....if you're a Buckeye fan planning on making that trip to Slappy Valley, don't. Just don't. I was there in 2005 and I'll never go back. Depending on what happens between now and then, this game could be much much worse.

The pedtards have learned of the plane with the banner demanding the removal of the statue, and are threatening to use anti aircraft guns. You can't make this shit up if you tried.

http://bwi.rivals.com/showmsg.asp?fid=36&tid=156347852&mid=156347852&sid=890&style=2

Best quote in thread is from a Pitt fan:

Is it reasonable to infer that the banner refers
to JoePa's statue? It does not mention JoePa by name. Therefore, it is
just someone's "opinion" that the banner refers to the JoePa statue.
Only an agenda driven media would jump to such an unwarranted
conclusion.
