UnderscoreTom would give any BWI looney a run for his money, and he's a moderator. That's a FACT. His schtick is to link the Freeh report to anybody criticizing dear leader saying it's a sham and lacks FACTS. That's right, he's so deluded, he's using the [censored]ing Freeh Report as a weapon in dear leader's defense. Top that.

There is a large portion of their fanbase that has seemed to come to grips with the fact that they were worshipping a fraud. But, there's also a sizable portion, the more hardcore cultists, that are refusing to believe anything negative about dear leader. They are like a five year old with his finger in his ear screaming "lalalalalalalalalalala!!!". And, unfortunately for the more reasonable portions, the subhuman mutants totally devoid of soul or reason are the far more vocal group.

Not only are they innocent. They're now the victims. Call off the poll. This 'tard wins the prize. I really want to believe that this is a masterful troll playing the long game, but sadly he's probably legit.

Now that Penn State, its alums and fans are synonymous with PEDOPHILE ENABLER, how soon will we learn of a tragedy ending in death during an away Football game? How probable is it that such an event occurs in a tavern/bar involving either fans/students of opposing teams?

Brace yourselves Penn Staters, your own esteemed BOT have placed you in "harms way". And, inevitably, when such a tragedy occurs, it will have repercussions traced directly to their support of the Freeh Report. The media and public have their "holy"document and that document, and its "reasonable" conclusions from the mountain of God shows Penn State is guilty as sin itself. How can one not believe this? It came with the FULL SUPPORT of our very own esteemed BOT?

Visiting family alums/fans will be pelted with insults; eggs in the face (literally); vicious expletives infront of their children; and, street fights.

You dont have to be Einstein to figure out what happens when you mix 17-22 year old kids, a horrific story, PEDOPHILE ENABLERS, a football weekend AND alcohol. Imagine PSU fans frequenting a tavern after a 3:30 game wearing PSU gear. What will opposing fans say? How much verbal abuse will these PSU fans endure until they, too, become violent?

How likely, walking to your car after a game, walking by student apartment buildings, full of drunkard 17-21 year olds where hateful expletives lead to a mass brawl involving visiting Penn State students and students of the school they are visiting? I dont think it is a matter of "if", but "when"?

Football weekend, Pedophile Enabler school, hatred, alcohol....I fear for Penn State families, alums, studrents and even the young children caught in the middle. Drunk mobs dont think civilly. They act in the worse character of the human race - with unrelenting violence! !!!

Be careful out there Penn Staters. Your very own BOT have placed you in harms way!

From that mess:

You dont have to be Einstein to figure out what happens when you mix 17-22 year old kids, a horrific story, PEDOPHILE ENABLERS, a football weekend AND alcohol.

i.e., ask any opposing fan base that attended a State Penn football game in HV for the past 30 years.

For Graham Spanier in 1998/1999:

Become aware of a football agent taking a PSU player on a $1,000 shopping trip in violation of NCAA rules = agent receiving "persona non grata" status and being banned from the University.

Become aware that a Defensive Coordinator showers with boys (one of whose mothers he told "I wish I were dead") = give the DC an unprecedented $168,000 severence package, emeritus status, and let him retain the ability to use the PSU facilities and bring kids into the shower room and on road trips to bowl games.
I think the important part was that the shopping trip was outside of their geopolitical area of control.

You'd think they'd know this with BL being like the number 1 cult film of all time and all. Bunch of unrefined butt monkeys I tell ya.

i'm guessing that The Rocky Horror Picture Show is just a teensy bit ahead on that list.

The problem is you're, at the end, simply applying a moral standard that says covering up child rape is worse than covering up cheeseburgers. And morally, you are 100% correct.

There are things the NCAA does and doesn't do however.

If they want to stretch the ethics violations into major infractions, I'm sure they could. I don't think their mission is to "go there" - and even if they do, they're really stretching to levy serious penalties. It's a slippery slope that a lot of folks don't mind going down... but... I don't. And I don't think it's appropriate. (Especially if the reason for the NCAA to do it is to try to protect their own brand in return)

Finally, and this isn't directed at you. There's been one death penalty case. But, I think people forget that SMU got busted (for things obviously within the scope of NCAA regulation) got penalized, told to clean up their act and then just went ahead and kept doing it. Major infraction repeat offender with direct disregard for the sanctions levied against them.

Like it or not... dirty as you think they really might be... we're not even going to have a repeat offense... and they're going to have to stretch the rules to get an infraction in the first place.

guilty on 45 counts seems like repeat offender to me...
