Posters on their message boards seem to think this is nothing, or the doctor is violating the confidentiality rules/laws, which should exonerate Franklin, or it's a hit job on the coach (either by the writer or the doctor).

So far, the Penn State message board just thinks it was a BS ruling, or otherwise "nothing burger".
They're still has pure as the freshly-fallen snow.
