He graduated last December, and though he did not smile, he wanted to post a picture to Facebook to show his support for Paterno. He hoped it would not be his last picture with the statue.
?If it is, I?ll definitely cut ties with Penn State,? he said. ?I love Penn State, but if they do that, that would be the last straw for me.?

Exactly. It's the fact that there's so many mouth-breathing delusional PSU fans like this out there which has convinced me that the university will never do the right thing and clean out the trash on the BoT, take down the Paterno statue, suspend the football program for awhile, etc.

I burned off one of my trolls posting hysterically that there was a crane, dumptruck and a bunch of construction guys in hardhats at the staue. Me and the few frat brothers in town over the Summer were going down to form a human wall, but we needed help.

I can see where the NCAA might not see what happened at PSU as a LOIC case. By how they view the responsibility of the Institution in regards to stewarding the Athletic Department, however, I think there may be merit in a new type of violation: "Lack of Institution".

Which would help explain why they've never had an NCAA violation.

It's hard to violate rules that you don't even acknowledge exist while an old bastard that clearly isn't concerned with reporting things runs your entire community from the University Board of Trustees to local law enforcement for half a century.
