Interesting that their narrative now is that he said he would resign. Maybe I'm wrong, but I seem to remember him saying that he didn't do anything wrong and was not going to resign in the middle of the season. If I remember correctly, he wanted to finish out the season and then re-visit the talks about resigning/retiring.
