If the BigTen had better leadership, Sensei Ira would officiate that game.
Both teams have quit so anything can happen but if I had to pick a side right now; Penn State has shown the ability to complete forward passes so I'd have to give them the nod.

I don’t think Penn State has quit, they came back and made it a game with Nebby and with any coaching acumen would have tied it at the end. I think they will roll that bunch up north this year.
