Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

They also do some fantastic mental gymnastics to figure out they've actually won 4 out of 17 years, not 4 out of 26, because of course the years they were bad don't count...
Well, in fairness, Ohio State has won the B1G every year that counts, if we count the years they won... which.. as we know, are the only years that count.

That's a good idea.

Overall I think the rule is working because you see guys, like Pryor, who had zero intent to harm. In fact they are pulling up.

I like the 5 yard variety option.

I'd just like to see consistency. The hit on Trevor Lawrence looked more egregious and he was stumbling forward and defenseless yet there was no flag and no review.

I would have said "Ironic Post of the Year," but yours works too.
Actually, "ironic" was the first word that pooped into my head when I saw that, but in retrospect I think "hypocritical" fits better because implies purposeful thought on the issue on the poster's part, rather than an innocent coincidence...

And the reality is that we just aren’t Ohio State, which makes these blown wins over the past 2 years that much worse.

I'm OK with that. They are the school that put winning football games above abuse victims.

Sometimes their lack of perspective still has the ability to stun.

It’s been a minute since he wrote it, but didn’t see it posted elsewhere...

This from Faux Pelini

Larry does not like the Ohio State coach at all. He said he is a liar and covered up some bad things, and I asked what kind of things, and he said bad criminal things. I asked Larry if any Penn State coaches ever lied about things and he asked me if I wanted some pretzels.
