Let's get something straight here. People keep calling this sexual asault, WHICH IT WAS NOT!! We are talking about CONSENSUAL sex between underprivileged youth and their mentor, who SAVED THEIR VERY LIVES!!! If you want to convict Sandusky because he is bisexual, then you are just a bigoted as the jury. Once this sham of a case reaches the appeals court, it will be tossed out and Coach Sandusky will rightfully be exonerated. I only hope that he then sues for wrongful imprisonment.

And BTW, this is not the family's response. It is the attorney playing out a strategy. It isn't about Joe's name or his statue. It is about preserving the estate. They want to make it as hard as possible to pin any responsibility on good old Joe.

That is a very obvious trolling (at least to me), the problem is that very trolling is so close to how the REAL Ped State fans feel about this subject (just look at BWI), that there is really no differentiation to be made.

2) Mr. Paterno, Jerry Sandusky--despite being your heir apparent--suddenly retired from the football program in 1999 at a relatively early age and at the same time the once warm personal relationship between you and he became very distant and strained. Did this, in any way, have anything to do with the 1998 police investigation into alleged child abuse by Mr. Sandusky?
