That thread brought back bad memories from having to live in that shithole of a state. The arrogance of those living there that think they know better than anyone else simply because they are from there isn't just a symptom of Rhythmic Slappy Valley, it's a central Pennsylvania thing that is repeated in every single inbred town you could imagine going too.

The thread is about the guy who hit their kicker and getting ejected. Oddly enough, one guy calls out the kicker for flopping. (I agree that the player should have been ejected, but the kicker clearly milked it.)

Julius did his best soccer flop on the play. I am sure he was laughing about it on the bench.

So there's a bar (Hudson's) in Lakeview that's decided to be.a Penn State Bar this Fall. What's hilarious is that, unlike every other college affiliated bar in chicago, they don't fly a school flag outside, not even on Saturdays. When a game is on, they put one up inside, but that's it. And they do have flags outside for every chicago pro team and even the fire department. But they're apparently embarrassed to fly a Ped State flag. Wonder if they ask the pedsters to exit out the back alley door when the game is over.
