My next door neighbor is a guard at Orient and from what he says, Sandusky probably would rather die than go to prison. Being famous and being a pedophile would be 2 major strikes against him with inmates.

It's simply a Dance Marathon, held by many universities, where students and faculty dance for an extended amount of time (36 hours, usually?) to raise money.

Like a walk-a-thon or any other fundraiser. You should be good to avoid any non-sense (assuming you stay away from the A&M Aggies and PoSU) :cool:

That's what I thought too. At Ped Aggy, it's taken on a whole monstrous dimension with tons of frat and sorority kids fanning out all over the state--and across the border into Youngstown with plastic cans collecting money at intersections and in front of malls.

The Pitt boards were incredulous over the fact that the THON crowd were soliciting donations for Penn State's somewhat run of the mill cancer hospital on Pitt's campus where there is an actual NIH Comprehensive Cancer Research Center.

Not a stretch since they've claimed to have cured both leukemia and cancer in general since the scandal broke.

The utter arrogance that they would cross the state line to solicit money for their little insignificant cancer hospital in Hershey when Ohio has both The James and The Cleveland Clinic available for donations.

The good people of Y-Town should set up some Grapes of Wrath type roadblocks at the state line. Nothing says take your tin can back to where it came from like an ax handle to the small of the back.
