Sorry, I don't see the funny point you're trying to make. I was saying that our defense would be able to slow down OSU if we didn't lose so many players instead of having a bunch of unproven players in there. The defense has been a question mark before every game this season.

I read that bolded line over and over again and still don't see how that can be misread by you. But it's a frequent thing that I'm being misunderstood on here.

Funny? You just said minus your ENTIRE DEFENSE, you have a decent Defense, unless you guys play eleven Nickle Backs

This is exactly what I said:

"If Justin King didn't leave for the NFL and Sean Lee and our DEs didn't get injured, PSU would have the defensive experience to slow down TP/Robo and Beanie".

All I said was that the defense wouldn't be green and uncertain if we didn't lose so many that we shouldn't have. It's in black and white.

It's unintentional humor, "lighten up Francis" as they say. Others can obviously see the humor in someone saying "If we had better DBs, LBs, and DL, we'd be able to stop you". I know you weren't trying to be funny...that's what made it come off as funny. I get the point you were making, but it would be like me saying "If we only had Wells healthy all year, Krentzel, Michael Jenkins, and our 2002 defense, this game would be in the bag".
