I was shocked to see the Big Guy playing a couple weeks ago! He must be a lot further along than we were led to believe!

My guess is that the reason playing him this year it to get him experience that he deserves, so he will be further ahead next year.

Either that or they believe they need to develop more depth this year, just in case of injuries this year

Sometimes big people try to get by on size and strength..playing now will show him what he needs to work on and make it easier for The coaches and player to make that next step.

Bowen, Alabi, and Jackson are seniors. Need to groom at least three new starters for next season now.
