What makes you say that? Just curious. They don't have the secondary that MSU has so the mid range passing game to Fields and the TEs should be back, they struggle with mobile QBs, and have issues with bruising RBs.

Call it a gut feeling. Like I said, I hope I'm wrong, and I hope we have the same offensive performance that ripped PedState for 63 points.

At the risk of seriously jinxing us, if we win today we'll as a minimum jump #5 Stanford and #6 Baylor (both of whom of course lost), and if Auburn loses by anything other than a squeaker, we can end up #3 right behing #2 MSU and #1 FSU. Very possible for the B1G to end up with the #2 and #3 teams in the country, ahead of every single SEC team...

I would not be surprised at all if Bama stayed and SC jumped ahead of us.
There's also Missouri, who will be guaranteed top-5 if they win, and higher for every minute the game isn't in question.
At least one of them will be ahead of us, unless our game is over in the 3rd Quarter... which I just can't see happening right now.

I hope this happens - hell I don't care, just WIN baby. Everything else is secondary - the stupid conferences debate, the even stupider worry about other teams jumping Ohio State if they win - win the game and everything will take care of itself.

It's going to be a tall task but this is why UFM is paid as well as he is....
